We just ordered a Epson Stylus Pro 3880, on sale direct from Epson. The spare ink set alone was almost $600.
We need to do some of our own wide format printing, up to 17 inch anyway, so this will fit the bill just fine. If we need larger prints we’ll farm them out to a pro lab.
